Your choice

We only collect analytics after you opt in. You can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops collection and removes analytics identifiers from this browser. Your choice is remembered separately in a necessary cookie.

What analytics collect

Anonymous browser and session IDs, pages, referring website, campaign labels, device category, engagement time, clicks, scrolling, cursor movement, website performance and session replay. Call-button clicks tell us someone tapped a link; they do not prove a call happened. Cursor movement does not show where a visitor looked.

Replays mask form inputs and exclude private elements and third-party iframe contents. We do not record passwords, form values, audio or camera content. Please avoid entering personal information into campaign URLs. Browser identifiers identify a browser, not a person.

Storage and access

Analytics run on Cloudflare. Authorised dashboard members can view analytics and recordings. Recordings are stored privately for 30 days, detailed events for 90 days, and daily summaries for 13 months. An optional analytics identifier lasts up to 180 days after consent. Recordings are limited to 10 minutes and 1 MiB compressed per session.

Cloudflare infrastructure processes requests for hosting and security. The embedded Google map and links to Google or Facebook have their own privacy practices. Third-party iframe content is excluded from our recordings.
