We use optional analytics to understand how our website is used and improve it. Calling us and browsing the website work whether you accept or reject analytics.

Your choice

We only collect analytics after you opt in. You can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops collection and removes analytics identifiers from this browser. Your choice is remembered separately in a necessary cookie.

What analytics collect

After you accept, we measure page visits, referring websites, campaign labels, device category, time spent on sections, button and link clicks, scroll depth and website performance. A pseudonymous browser identifier helps us count returning browsers. We also use approximate city, region and country information supplied by Cloudflare.

We do not make session recordings, collect form entries or store full IP addresses in our analytics. Call-button clicks tell us someone tapped a link; they do not prove a call happened. Visit-interest labels are estimates based on page and button activity. Approximate regions can be inaccurate, especially with mobile networks or VPNs. Browser identifiers identify a browser, not a person.

Storage and access

Analytics run on Cloudflare and are available only to authorised dashboard members. Detailed events are kept for 90 days and daily summaries for about 13 months. Your choice and optional browser identifier last up to 180 days. Earlier data collected under the previous settings is no longer available for playback or IP viewing and expires under its existing 30-day limit.

Cloudflare processes network requests to host and protect the website, including temporary IP-based rate limiting. Where enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only after you accept. The embedded Google map and links to Google or Facebook have their own privacy practices.
