If the pickup is at a workshop or business, tell Richard which entrance to use and who will meet the truck. Include any gate restrictions or times when access is limited. Confirm that the vehicle can be released and that its keys are ready.
For car and motorcycle towing, explain whether the vehicle starts, rolls and steers. A non-running car may need different loading arrangements, so discuss its condition before setting a collection time.
Discuss equipment before booking the move
