Speak with the operator who will move your vehicle
You speak directly with Richard when you call. Explain what has happened and whether the vehicle can roll or steer, so he can discuss loading arrangements and give you an arrival estimate. Keep the keys ready.
A pickup at home needs room to load
For a driveway or garage pickup, mention slopes, narrow entrances or parked vehicles that could restrict access, and include any unit number or gate instructions with the address. Have the make and model ready for car or motorcycle towing.
Discuss clearance and any modifications when arranging classic car transport. For a forklift, boat or tractor, call about machinery transport before committing to a collection time.
